I just bought and received additional batteries for my Micro Drone 2.0. Neither fit into the charger very well without significant force compared to the single battery that came with the drone. In addition, neither fit into the batter notch slot on the drone.
Upon review, it appears that the outside of the raised female receiver on the batter is slightly wider than the original battery. Have new batteries been made differently?
I'm unable to use the two new batteries to fly as a result.
Sadly on the promotion day itself by the company in London a little over a month ago, they sold me two extra batteries and same issue.
I'm really surprised that they are not checking components before placing these on sale.
The battery design has changed improving on the strength of the retaining cage, however nobody thought to check dependencies on all the components and in this case the charger recess is now too small.
Under the "sale of goods act", the items are not fit for purpose. There is no form to requesting a replacement.
I request that the company provide the necessary information to replace the charger unit.

I am experiencing the same issue and have requested a replacement battery via the "Submit a request" link.
My problem is it seems that the battery where the print is swells. Had 2 other which were about 3 years old did the same thing. This time its only about a year. Why is it doing this?
