My Micro drone 3 wont sync with the controller.
I submitted a service request.
I supplied proof of purchase and did a video that they requested. Now nothing and wont respond to my emails. Has anyone else had this syncing problem I see quite a few on You Tube.
Has any one else had the problem of support not responding?
Not impressed.
I am having the same problem with the controller not functioning and also my iPhone not seeing the drone wi-fi. I am about to contact support as there seems to be no help in faq. It worked when i first assembled and tried it out.
I think I may have found the problem! Use the app not the control see if that works then switch the app from phone to controller. I am waiting for battery to charge to see if this works...
I've had the same issue. I was able to connect via the app, but found that I couldn't really control the drone well with the smartphone controls. I wanted to use the controller, but couldn't find a way to change control over to it. My pre-flight steps were:
I tried to find an option in the app to transfer control to the controller - I'll check again when I try my next flight.
No luck. I tried new batteries in the handset just in case that was the issue. I _did_ find the option in the app that should transfer control to the handset, but it would not sync, even after holding both thumbsticks in the lower-right corner (as indicated by the instructions).
If this is relevant at all, the LED in the center of the handset never lights up, and the display always looks like this - it never changes no matter which buttons/switches change.
My handset doesnt do anything. I put new batteries in it and nothing happens when I switch the power to on, nothing.
You'll probably need to submit a repair request - that's what I ended up doing, and the fixed handset works!
